Last week’s show and tell with the CE2 class explored a book about one of the most famous women in the world.
Helen Keller: a woman born both blind and deaf. A testament to what a strong will and a fierce intelligence can deliver upon this world.
A perfect way to make pupils aware of the hardships some people had to endure. Everyone participated and had a great time discussing how we should treat people who are unluckier in life than ourselves.
Also a great occasion to talk about Women’s Day !
